This includes intended conditions, size requirements, layout preferences, performance expectations, and any must-have features. Whether you have a clear vision or just a rough idea, this stage allows us to define the direction of the build and ensure the final result suits your needs from day one.

Once the build direction is clear, we work through the overall scope of the project including hull style, layout configuration, electronics, finishes, and optional upgrades. We’ll also discuss estimated build timing, key stages, and what’s involved in bringing the vessel from concept to completion so you know exactly what to expect before production begins.

When the design and specifications are finalised, your vessel moves into the production schedule. Fabrication begins in our WA workshop, with the build carried out by the same team you have been dealing with from the start. Unlike large production builders, you maintain direct communication throughout the process, ensuring the build stays aligned with your expectations.

As the build progresses, you’ll receive regular updates on key milestones including fabrication, fit-out, wiring, flooring, and finishing. Depending on the project, workshop visits may also be arranged by appointment so you can see your vessel taking shape and discuss any final details before completion.

Once the build is complete, the vessel goes through final checks, fit-out confirmation, and preparation for delivery. We walk you through the finished boat, confirm all inclusions, and ensure everything is ready for the water. From there, your Sword Fighter is handed over ready for use, built to your exact requirements and ready for the conditions it was designed for.
